2021 On The Run Field Blend Red

On The Run is inspired by harvest time when the grapes are pressed the juices are on the run. 

This classic dry field blend style is a combination of estate-grown varieties well suited to the climate and region.

RiverBank Estate was first planted on the fertile banks of the Swan River in 1988 and has grown to encompass nearly thirty acres of mature, low-yielding vines, producing exceptional fruit that is lovingly handcrafted into premium, regional, varietal wines, vinified and bottled on-site.

Wine Making Notes:

All handpicked, stored cool overnight before crushing to an open fermenter. Stored for three months in two to four-year-old seasoned French oak and the remainder stored in tank to retain freshness. These varieties were all co-fermented together, co-inoculation for malolactic fermentation.
