Legal Requirements

You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from RiverBank Estate Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 18 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from RiverBank Estate are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

Credit Card Charges

Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Minimum Purchase

For 'Eric Anthony', a minimum purchase of 6 bottles is required. For 'On The Run' and 'Rebellious' a minimum purchase of 12 bottles is required.

States Authorized for Direct Shipment

Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states of Australia. If RiverBank Estate is unable to ship directly to your state, we can arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by RiverBank Estate.

Shipping Costs

Australia Post is RiverBank Estate carrier of choice. All Perth metro orders will be charged the standard rate of $15.00 per delivery. All national deliveries (deliveries outside of the metro area and interstate) will encure the standard shipping charge of $25.00 per delivery. All inetrnational shipments must be organised between RiverBank Estate and customer prior to order confirmation. 

Delivery

Our standard delivery times are 5-10 business days to most areas. For some rural areas and other areas specified by Australia Post, deliveries are only available for collection at the local Post Office.

Delivery Exclusions

We deliver wine anywhere in Australia, except for areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or Australian Islands that are classified as in International Waters. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your area, please call us on +618 9377 1805

Wine is a Delicate Commodity

Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. RiverBank Estate is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
