Estate-grown Swan Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and premium Malbec sourced from Donnybrook in the Geographe wine region were small batch open fermented for twelve days on skins before maturation in French oak puncheons and American oak hogsheads.
Aromas of blackcurrant, liquorice and tobacco leaf and graphite. A palate with depth and intensity of créme de cassis and mint chocolate with firm fine tannins and a long satisfying finish.
