Winemaking Notes
Hand-picked Swan Valley Chardonnay was whole bunch pressed to a new French oak puncheon for barrel fermentation, monthly batonage and eight months maturation to produce a seamless, expressive and varietal style.
Wine Tasting Notes
Aromas of nutmeg, key lime and honeysuckle are elegantly followed by lemon, lime and vanilla spice. The gentle creaminess and texture is evidence of malolactic fermentation.
